Hindi bawal gumawa ng imahen ang masama ay sambahin ito.

Saan sa talata sinabi na sambahin ang imahen? 

 

Pakibasa ang nasa Exodo 20 tingnan mo kung ipinasasamba ba ang mga imahen?

Maliwanag naman ang pagbabawal sa Exodo 20,maliban nalang kung matigas ang puso mo? " Huwag kang gagawa para sa iyo ng larawang inanyuan o ng kawangis man ng anomang anyong nasa itaas sa langit, o ng nasa ibaba sa lupa, o ng nasa tubig sa ilalim ng lupa: Exo 20:5 Huwag mong yuyukuran sila, o paglingkuran man sila; sapagka't akong Panginoon mong Dios, ay Dios na mapanibughuin, na aking dinadalaw ang katampalasanan ng mga magulang sa mga anak, hanggang sa ikatlo at ikaapat na salin ng lahi ng mga napopoot sa akin. Ano ang sinabi? " wag kang gagawa ng imahen o larawan na iyong yuyukuran o paglilingkuran" kasama lahat ng anumang nilalang na NASA ibabaw ng lupa sa pagbabawal dyan, kasama ang mga papa at santo ninyo. May sinabi ba dyan na pwera ang mga santo ninyo? Pakibasa nga ulit..

Are all image, idols? not all image are idols. Is the text used from Deut. 4:16 that God prohibit the making of any image of man and woman, a prohobition without any condition? Or the probihition means that the images shall not be thought of as God? Because if you will say that the making of images be it man or woman, is really prohibitid without ant condition, then, God is the first one who biolated the law when He commanded Moses to make image of angils or cherubim?

No Adonis, agree, all images are not idols. The use man makes of images is IDOLATROUS!......................especially when you talk to it and pray to it!

Yes indeed "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God" so threfore not all image are idols.

If you or anyone else plaaces their faith in the wooden object on which Christ was crucified (the cross),then you have a faith built on a piece of wood.In other words,itls what took place on the cross that is the issue,not the wooden instrument of execution.If a person is placing their faith and hope in a wooden object,then indeed,it is idolatry.
